Terms and conditions
Last updated: April 2026.
1. Who we are
babesintown is a classifieds platform operated in the Netherlands. We publish adult advertisements placed by verified advertisers. We do not arrange bookings, we do not take commission, and we do not act as an escort agency.
2. Who can use the site
You must be 18 or older (21 or older in the Netherlands). By entering the site you confirm that you meet the minimum age for your country and that viewing adult content is legal where you are.
3. Acceptable use
- No impersonation. No stolen, AI-generated, or misleading photos.
- No content depicting minors. Ever. Any attempt leads to an immediate ban and a report to the authorities.
- No listings that suggest trafficking, coercion, or non-consensual activity.
- No spam, no scraping, no automated scripts, no harassment.
4. Advertiser obligations
Advertisers represent that every person depicted is over 21, has given consent, and holds any work permits required in the country of advertisement. Advertisers are responsible for their own tax, VAT, KvK registration (where applicable), and legal compliance.
5. Paid features
Bump credits, VIP placements, and TOP placements are paid, non-refundable, and non-transferable. Pricing is shown in-product and may change with 14 days' notice.
6. Content ownership
You keep ownership of content you upload. By uploading, you grant us a non-exclusive license to display and distribute that content on babesintown for as long as the listing is live.
7. Takedowns
We remove content that violates these terms on sight. If your listing was removed and you believe it shouldn't have been, email us and we'll review.
8. Liability
We provide the platform "as is". We are not liable for what happens between advertisers and clients off-platform. Always follow the advice on our safety page.
9. Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced on the site and (for account holders) by email, 14 days before they take effect.
10. Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by Dutch law. Disputes are handled by the competent court in Amsterdam, the Netherlands.
